  • Q. How can I pay for my order?
    A. Most major credit cards are accepted ( see logos below ).

  • Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
    A. Yes

  • Q. How much will my shipping charges be?
    A. International and domestic shipping is free of charge.

  • Q. When will I receive my order?
    A. Please allow up to 10 days from the date you place your order, although usually you will receive your goods earlier.

  • Q. Can I return the item if I decide I don't want it after all?
    A. You will receive a full refund, provided the goods are returned unmarked, in their undamaged, original boxes within 10 days of receipt.

  • Q. How will I be billed?
    A. You will be invoiced by Associated Optical Products, and this will also appear on your debit or credit card statement.

  • Q. What is the guarantee period?
    A. Binoculars are guaranteed between 5 and 10 years, depending upon the model. All other products are guaranteed for 2 years from date of purchase.

  • Q. Do the prices include V.A.T. ?
    A. Prices shown are exclusive of V.A.T which will be added at the rate ruling on date of despatch.
